Intake
$75/one time fee *per parent.
The initial interview is mandated by the state of California and allows the parents to provide all the information required in order to satisfy court requirements and safety requirements for the child. All policies and procedures are reviewed so all parties are comfortable with the process. “Each parent, as well as any other authorized persons allowed in the visitation are required to have an initial intake.” Each intake is separate and conducted via Zoom. Each party is responsible for their own intake fee regardless of who is ordered to pay for supervised visitation.
Supervised Visitation
Starting at $80 to $100 *p/hr depending on protective orders and number of children.—2 hour minimum. Discounts applied for any 6+ hour visit, and for military personnel and first responders! $5 *p/hr fee applied for approved guests as additional documentation is required.
Supervised visitation is when the non-custodial parent can visit with the child only when supervised by a visitation monitor. It is used to keep the child safe, while supporting the parent–child relationship.
**To meet your individual needs we accompany the parent and child(ren) in a wide variety of locations – from home settings to community based – provided the location is safe and secure, and agreed upon by all parties; locations may include parks, beaches, libraries, malls, restaurants, movie theatres, amusement parks, and more.
Supervised Exchanges
$65/per exchange
We offer this service when there is a need for supervision of the safe transfer of the child from one parent to the other. Precautions are taken to ensure that the two parents or other individuals exchanging the child do not come into contact with one another.
